Billing:

Our VA On-Demand projects are billed at $60/hour. Upon confirming that we can work on your project, you will be sent an invoice for $60 which acts as a deposit for the project. This deposit is applied to the final cost of your project. When paying this deposit, you MUST save your card for automatic payments. If you do not save your card for automatic payments when paying the deposit invoice, you will be sent another invoice for a $10 admin fee in which you must save your credit card for automatic payments. After your project is complete, your card on file will be automatically charged for the total time worked.

Office Hours:

Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 9 AM-5 PM EST. Our agency takes off for all federal holidays as well as for an extended winter break. In 2025, those winter break dates are: 12/19-1/4.

The Process:

Step 1: Join our Substack Chat.

Step 2: Submit your support ticket using the template below.

Step 4: Respond back to our VA in the DMs with your email address.

Step 5: Pay your deposit invoice for the project and save your payment information for automatic payments.

Step 6: Upon receiving your paid deposit, our VA will email you to schedule a kick-off call.

Step 8: After the kick-off call, your VA will work to complete your project. You will have an opportunity to provide feedback before we make final revisions and wrap up the project. Upon finishing the project, your card will be automatically charged for the total hours used.

Support Ticket Instructions:

Once you've decided what you'd like to hire a VA for, you can then submit a support ticket in our chat. Please use the following template when you submit your support ticket.

Template:

Support Ticket Description: Please include the following two sections in your support ticket description:

General overview of the project: In this section of your support ticket, please include an overview of the project you’d like support with. This should include the type of project it is, the type of business you own/work that you do, what platform(s) are required to complete the project (if you have a preference), the quantity of deliverables you are looking to receive, and any other important details that are of priority to you. An example of this could look like: “I am looking for a VA to create a series of ebooks for my upcoming course. I am a life coach that supports young adults transitioning out of college and into the next phase of their journey. I’d like to have 3 ebooks created with both design and copy within Canva on the following topics: life purpose, nervous system regulation, and finding friends post-grad. I have branding guidelines for you to follow and examples of other ebooks that I have enjoyed as a reference for this project.”

Timeline: In this section of your support ticket, please include your preferred timeline and if this is a flexible or fixed deadline. An example of this could look like: “I’d like to have this project completed by June 10th, but am flexible with this deadline.”
